Blossom Music Center

Spring is here, at least it is supposed to be Spring even though I needed to scrape my car windows of ice this morning (April 15th). Spring in Cleveland means Cleveland Indians baseball and it also is the start of the concert season at Blossom Music Center.

If you are new to Cleveland, Blossom Music Center is located approximately mid-way between Cleveland and Akron. It isn't more than a half hour drive from most locations in the metro Cleveland-Akron area since its near I-271.

My favorite memories of Blossom include going to a Beach Boys concert there in the 1970's, making a wrong turn out of the parking lot and ending up in Akron very far away from Westlake where I grew up in. That was indeed a long but fun night and it taught me an important lesson, always remember from which direction you turn into a concert. Or better yet, in this day and age, make a map from Mapquest!!

Here are some of the popular concets coming to Blossom Music Center this summer:

Cheap Indians Tickets

It's time to go cheer on the Tribe again. The weather for the home opener yesterday was spectacular. I think it was the warmest day we had this year. I gave my son tickets (for good grades!) to the game and he had a blast. Their seats were near the White Sox bullpen and apparently one of their pitchers gave his friend a souvenier ball. I received a text message from him at about 3:15 "These are sweet seats, Mom." They were $26.00 face value tickets in Section 113.

I haven't posted much lately due to alot happening in my family. My dad's been ill, so I need to give him alot of extra attention since he's so special to me at 93! We're also trying to decide on a college for my oldest child, which has turned into a huge decision making process.

I just wanted to pass on some great ticket deals on Tribe tickets. Season ticket holders have listed their seats on my site, Dazzling Deals Tickets, for April games at some very cheap prices. If you have Tribe Fever, this is a great time to go.

Follow this link: Dazzling Deals Tickets

As a thank you to all my hometown customers and friends, take 5% off any ticket purchase with code DAZZLING at the checkout. Please tell your friends about my website. All tickets are 100% guaranteed - I'm affiliated with Ticket Network who is a huge trusted ticket company from the East Coast.

Thanks!!

Indians Tickets - Save 5%

I have had alot of inquiries regarding Indians tickets recently. I am having a preseason sale on all Indians tickets (or any other MLB tickets). This sale is only for tickets on my own site, Dazzling Deals Tickets (http://tickets.dazzling-deals.com) Use code INDIANS at the checkout and save 5% instantly. Sale is good only on purchases of 2 or more tickets. You may use it for as many pairs of tickets as you like.

Spring will be here (I know its hard to believe with all the snow we have received already this month) soon so its time to start thinking about Cleveland baseball!

This sale will go through the month of March and end on March 31st. If you've wanted to get tickets, this is the time to order them while there is still a good selection. If the Indians get off to a winning start, good seats will be sparse. I also (as of March 6th) still have a few season ticket packages for the Indians as well.

Kanye West Tickets

Kanye West is not coming to Cleveland, but he'll be near Detroit in Auburn Hills on May 22nd. Detroit is approximately a 3 1/2 to 4 hour drive from Cleveland, not too bad on a nice Spring day.

If you're interested in going to Detroit to see Kanye West, check out Kanye West Tickets. This webpage has a biography and ticket information.

Jay-z and Mary J. Blige Concert Tickets

Jay-z and Mary J. Blige are not coming to Cleveland during their upcoming tour, however, they will be in Chicago. It's actually cheap and easy to get to Chicago via the Megabus from Cleveland to Chicago. This is an interesting an informative article about the Megabus. If you make your reservations early enough, your fare is only $1.00 each way. No kidding. I think they may get subsized by the advertising on their webpage.

For all the dates and ticket information for Jay-z and Mary J. Blige, go to Jay-z and Mary J. Blige Tickets. There is also a short bio about both artists on this webpage.

Wicked Tickets for Cleveland

Wicked, the Broadway production, is now playing in Cleveland at the State Theater. The show runs from late February to March 8th. If you loved the Wizard of Oz as a child, you must see this show.

For more information and interesting facts about Wicked, be sure to visit Wicked Tickets

This site not only has ticket information, but it tells more about the whole production of Wicked.

Stay warm, remember Spring is only 23 short days away!!! Hard to believe after our latest snowstorm. My kids are loving it though, they've all had several snow days this year!!

Hannah Montana - Quicken Loans Arena

Hannah Montana comes to Cleveland on January 3, 2008. This popular star has packed every venue coast-to-coast during her recent tour of the United States. As of December 24th, I found tickets on the secondary market for $135.00. This actually isn't too bad of a price since tickets for Miley Cyrus (aka Hannah Montana) were actually selling in the $300 range in Chicago and New York and in the $200 plus range in Miami.

Again, it's nice to live in Cleveland as the prices aren't as high as they are other places. I still fell it's sad that some unscrupulous brokers came and bought up all the tickets, then tried to make a killing on them. It gives people in the ticket business a bad name.
